1. Services

Jeff Steveanus provides freelance web development, IT support, and digital services as described on this website. All services are subject to availability and mutual agreement before work commences.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins. For larger projects, a deposit may be required. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Data Recovery Exception: For data recovery services, payment is only required if data is successfully recovered ("No Data, No Fee").

3. Revisions

Revision policies vary by service and are agreed upon at the start of each project. Requests outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of deliverables specific to their project. Open-source projects published on GitHub remain under their respective open-source licenses.

5. Limitation of Liability

Jeff Steveanus is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of services. For data recovery, every effort is made but a successful outcome cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of data loss.

6. Confidentiality

Any client information, credentials, or data shared during service delivery is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
